Phe has always loved the power of hair and make-up. As a San Francisco native she grew up seeing all the wonderful colors of the city and that has great influence on her style. 

She has worked jobs ranging from Barista to goat wrangler but recently took the plunge into the world of beauty. She completed her cosmetology program at Skyline College in 2019. And was lucky enough to be picked to participate in a service learning trip in Negril, Jamaica through the Cosmetology department at Skyline College. 

She has been certified in Advanced Makeup and loves to teach others! Whether it’s a daytime natural look or a dramatic eye catching lewk she’s down to talk about it.
